The right size came reasonably quickly...its a big box...and i was refunded my mistake within a couple of weeks ie:not so long that you're wondering when its coming.
Grate fits perfectly; good price,good quality and good instructions on upkeep...now i know why my last one disintegrated!!
Definately use this company again.

I am so pleased with this grate which fits my old , characterful and small fireplace very well ( careful measuring was required!) For years, my fires were dropping through the hole in my old grate which had been there for decades and I couldn’t find another to fit until coming across this website.
I am looking forward to lighting a fire so that it can begin to look as used as my old one.

It seemed difficult to find a fire grate in my area. A telephone conversation with a local shop suggested an online search was the best option in lockdown. Measurements were taken and the order made. Next day there it was - fitted my grate perfectly. I was well satisfied!
