Very nice product; accurately sized, and the edges and corners are ground, so no sharp edges to handle while you fit the glass.

Had an issue with glass. But as soon as I notified the company "Grate Fireplace" it was resolved immediately and very quickly with very little effort, I would recommend them because of this, and I'm not easily impressed.

I ordered this to replace a cracked stove window. It was made to measure and arrived in about a week (I did check up once and got a quick and helpful reply) and fitted perfectly almost too perfect.... Next time I would take off 1 or 2 mm because any wider and it would not have fitted.

I have waited to fit the replacement glass and properly use my burner before reviewing a good service and happy with the product. I inherited my burner when we moved home. There was no name on the burner so I had to take measurements which worked fine. Otherwise I may have been able to look up by manufacturer.

DIY Opportunity
The glass front in our lounge gas fired flame effect coal fire cracked recently, I think as a result of improper installation after a service a year or so ago. Rather than trust the fix to another service provider at great cost I thought I could do it myself. Grate Fireplace Accessories cut the glass to my measurements and it arrived in one piece, well packaged admittedly, in the mail the next day. I fitted it in about 10 minutes and every is working great again. I probably saved myself at least £100 and now I also know the job's been done properly. Good service, great product. Thanks!
