Product Questions
Can this paint be used on a butchers' block-type kitchen worktop?
Question by: Lucy Fisher on 3 Oct 2021 16:47:00
The use of these paints are not recommended in close proximity to food.
Answer by: Chris Berry (Admin) on 11 Oct 2021 14:58:00
What kind of finish does this paint leave? Matt, satin, or gloss? (difficult to tell from the photo)
I am renovating a green kettle BBQ with damaged green enamel, I'm going to sand the enamel then repaint the whole thing. Trying to avoid a straight matt finish.
Question by: Julian Keal on 12 Jun 2022 17:55:00
This paint would be a matt finish as we don't do any gloss or enamel. We would not recommend this paint to be used near food / drink items as it has not been tested.

Can I use this spray paint on a brick bbq?
Question by: Stephanie Marchment on 26 Apr 2021 11:28:00
Absolutely. Just be sure to remove any contaminants from the brickwork first and ensure it's dry before application. Regards.

I'm looking at repainting a kitchen cooker, will this paint work?
Question by: James on 20 Feb 2024 13:20:00
Unfortunately this paint is not recommended for domestic cookers as the finish tends to be more matt, it has not been tested to be used near food preparation and the cooker would need to reach a specific heat for the paint to cure or it won't dry.
