Already have one Ecofan810 from Gratefireplace accessories.
So pleased with the performance I bought a second to increase output efficiency and maximise performance.
The second had a technical issue which was attended to and resolved very quickly and efficiently by the Jo.
Very happy with the communication and help from Jo and the non questioning issue of the replacement part that solved the problem.

Very pleased with the product. Does what it says on the tin. Looks good on the stove and looks quality build. Does seem to spread the heat more evenly. Will be using log burner a lot more this winter so let’s hope the device helps cut down on the gas bills! Easy to order from the company and delivered on time. Have had fans before for other houses and stoves but this is the quietest. I like that it just uses the heat from the stove to heat the rest of the room [which is big], so the eco part of the description is accurate. Effective and almost silent Review by michael

This makes a big difference to the heat distribution in the room. It is almost silent, the noise is not annoying at all.
We suffered from dry eyes for the first couple of days, before we realized that the fan was also circulating dust, so we had a good dusting session and now the dry eyes are better. Will have to keep up the dusting now! (Posted on 02/01/2019)

DELIVERY TIMES - Non Custom Made Products

"In Stock" - If ordered before 1pm this will arrive Next Day if selecting a tracked delivery service or in 2 / 3 days if Royal Mail Second Class delivery is selected at checkout.

All other items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days as they are backordered items which take a few days to receive from the manufacturers. On the rare occasion that a backordered item is out of stock at our warehouse and the manufacturers you will be e-mailed with a revised delivery date.

Delivery times are quoted in business days meaning weekends and local holidays including bank holidays, Christmas etc do not count as business days.

PACKAGING

We will always endeavour to keep your orders on time, well packed and undamaged. You can expect from us:

Items to be securely packed with bubble wrap or an air bag system.
Boxes marked clearly if items are fragile or heavy.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Custom or made to measure items are 100% non-refundable.

If the item is not what you wanted or doesn’t quite fit you can return it back to us for a full refund, the buyer must pay for and arrange for return delivery. All we ask is that you put your full name and address on a note in the box with a brief explanation to let us know why you are returning the item.

If we supply you with a damaged/faulty item, the item is not as described, or if it has been miss-sold we will pay for the return delivery and issue a full refund.

Goods that are returned back to us are the customer's responsibility. If goods are returned to us and are damaged it is your responsibility to claim the cost back from the courier. Please ensure goods are well packed when returning them back to us to prevent any complications.

If sending goods by post please ensure you use a postal service that requires a signature. Fuels are non-refundable due to the high costs for return delivery.

RETURNS

Products can be returned back to us within 30 working days providing they are unused and in their original condition. We may accept returns longer than this on a case by case basis, please contact us to request this.

Super little fan

I have a tiny stove so needed a fan with a very small profile. The size of this fan is perfect. Also, I was a bit worried if it would be of any use because my stove is in set into an old hearthplace. To my delight, the fan does effectively move the warm air- probably not as effectively as with a fireplace freestanding in a room, but nonetheless it makes a huge difference. Overall, top marks.

I already had one of these but wanted another one to sit on the other side of my stove . I have a a stockton 5 so it is not a large stove and this fan sits easily to the side of the flue - a lot of other fans are too big for this limited space. This ecofan was very competitively priced and based on reviews for Grate Fireplaces, I placed my order. The fan arrived very quickly and my husband is much happier now that we have two fans on top of the stove rather than just one! As I said, I already had one and it has been going for about 4 years now. These fans can be serviced and repairs carried out so I expect to have them for many years to come. Money well spent in my opinion
