The Caframo 812 ecofan is the latest addition to the Ecofan range, the Airmax Model produces the highest Air Flow. The Ecofan is designed to circulate warm air with the room with its unique anodised blade which delivers cross section air movement. the fans are designed to sit on top of the wood or pellet stove and generates its own heat with no need for electricity or batteries.

The fan will start automatically when placed on the top of the stove and alters speed with the temperature of the stove, when the stove heats up the fan runs faster, as the stove burns down the fan will start to slow. The Ecofan costs nothing to run as it only uses the heat from the stove which ensures it's the most economical way to circulate the warm air.

Please Note: The Ecofan must sit on the top of the stove to be able to operate.

I bought this as a Christmas present as quite costly and not necessarily something one would buy for themselves! It is exactly as it says on the box. Looks good on the stove and helps give an even temperature in the room. The service was good too although if I had ordered slightly earlier, it might have arrived for Christmas, this was my fault. We are very pleased with this product and recommend to anyone with a stove inset into the fireplace ( as this is what we have got here). (Posted on 18/01/2019)

I was rather sceptical regarding the potential efficiency and silent running of these stovetop fans. However, I'm glad to say that I've been proved totally wrong. The fan starts operating at a relatively low stove temperature and this means warm air is moved almost as soon as the fire is lit. The hotter the stove, the fast the fan turns.
The fan is virtually silent when its operating - there is absolutely no vibration or fan/motor noise.

This is our second Ecofan we had a 800 that eventually gave up after 10years we have since moved and have installed a larger stove hence the 812 it goes all night with the stove banked up it only takes a little to get it though the night so great I know the stove is still going in the morning due to the fan don't buy a cheap one of eBay like we did as that's why we purchased this as it was rubbish. Product Questions

I have a Contura 330g stove with a hot plate on top. It is a vacuum sealed unit with outside air supply. Is this fan base metal and able to withstand the heat on top of the stove? As the stove does not take air from the room, I assume it will have no effect on the burning rate of the logs as one review has suggested?

"In Stock" - If ordered before 1pm this will arrive Next Day if selecting a tracked delivery service or in 2 / 3 days if Royal Mail Second Class delivery is selected at checkout.

All other items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days as they are backordered items which take a few days to receive from the manufacturers. On the rare occasion that a backordered item is out of stock at our warehouse and the manufacturers you will be e-mailed with a revised delivery date.

What we charge for delivery is what it costs us for the delivery of the orders to you. We operate a 1 delivery charge policy so you will only ever pay 1 delivery charge (The largest delivery charge will be used).

Boxes marked clearly if items are fragile or heavy.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Custom or made to measure items are 100% non-refundable.

If the item is not what you wanted or doesn’t quite fit you can return it back to us for a full refund, the buyer must pay for and arrange for return delivery. All we ask is that you put your full name and address on a note in the box with a brief explanation to let us know why you are returning the item.

If we supply you with a damaged/faulty item, the item is not as described, or if it has been miss-sold we will pay for the return delivery and issue a full refund.

Goods that are returned back to us are the customer's responsibility. If goods are returned to us and are damaged it is your responsibility to claim the cost back from the courier. Please ensure goods are well packed when returning them back to us to prevent any complications.

RETURNS
